If you are going to do ANY kind of qualitative data analysis, find a good transcriptionist!
I used Data Shop www.datashop-america.com.
I found them to be helpful. I did let them know upfront what my deadlines were before I sent them transcripts.
They were the least expensive outfit that I found. About 4 hours of transcription (about 20 hrs of work for them) was a little over $250.
